With a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Howard University and over a decade of experience working with students in schools and her private practice, Dr. Kearney is a trusted voice in her field. She has served as Vice Chair of Maryland's Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and champions community impact through board leadership in other organizations uplifting underserved populations.
